Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If the client breaks the contract for any reason, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method (cash – visa – bank transfer …) .
• If the client breaks the contract for any reason, administrative expenses -10%- will be deducted .
• In the event that the customer breaks the contract after the supplier proceeds with the manufacturing steps, the value of the manufacturing work will be deducted from the customer’s dues.
•  After delivery, returns are not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing error such as incorrect measurements or colors different from what was agreed upon.
